Delivery Overview
DH Water Gardens offers delivery services for our products throughout the United Kingdom. Our delivery service is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Delivery Times: Our standard delivery times are between 3-5 business days. Orders received after 12 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges to UK mainland will be calculated based on the weight and size of the products ordered. Delivery to UK highlands or overseas will incur surcharges (below). The delivery charge will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Address: We only deliver to physical addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or addresses outside the UK.
Delivery Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order, they may attempt redelivery or leave a delivery card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Late or Lost Deliveries: While we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or delivery partner strikes.

Delivery Surcharges
Please note that DH Water Gardens charges additional delivery surcharges for orders delivered to UK Highlands postcodes. This is due to the increased cost of delivery to these remote areas.
The delivery surcharge will be calculated based on the weight and size of the products ordered and the delivery location. The surcharge will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
The following table shows the delivery surcharges for orders delivered to UK Highlands postcodes:

Overseas Delivery
At DH Water Gardens, we offer delivery services to various overseas locations from the UK. However, please be aware that there may be additional delivery surcharges for orders shipped outside the UK.
The delivery surcharges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. The exact delivery surcharge will be displayed during the checkout process, and customers will have the option to accept or decline the surcharge before completing their order.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. DH Water Gardens is not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs inspections.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. DH Water Gardens will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

Large Deliveries Exceeding 20kg
We understand that some of our customers may require larger quantities or large items, which may result in deliveries exceeding 20kg. As such, we have established the following terms and conditions for large deliveries exceeding 20kg:
1) Pricing and Delivery Options
Customers who wish to place an order exceeding 20kg are advised to contact our office on 01256 883907 or info@dhwatergardens.co.uk directly with the following information:
Your list of products
Your delivery location
We will discuss the courier charge to fulfil your order, and provide a quote
2) Placing an Order
If you are satisfied with the quote, provide us with your full delivery address and any other relevant details, such as preferred delivery date and time.
3) Delivery Timeframes
We will confirm your order and delivery details with you and provide an estimated delivery date. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
